About the role

Nezda Technologies, Inc. is urgently seeking experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, work onsite position based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide accurate information about our healthcare products and services
  2. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding tasks
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  4. Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes
  5. The job of a Healthcare Executive covers handling inbound and outbound customer service support calls.
  6. Work in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation, convey a sense of competence and commitment, use initiative to learn new skills, enhance personal knowledge and improve communications, demonstrate an ability to work well with team members, communicate a willingness to help other succeed and share workspace and resources as necessary.

What we're looking for

  1. Must have at least 1 year of HEALTHCARE BPO experience.
  2. At least 2 Years in College (Completed, no back subject/s)
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs
  4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  5. Proficiency in using various customer service tools and software
  6. A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
