Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Maintenance Activities: Oversees the execution of all routine and non-routine maintenance tasks performed on the aircraft to ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
  • Aircraft Utilization Tracking: Monitors and analyzes aircraft utilization metrics, including Flight Hours, Flight Cycles, and APU usage, ensuring data accuracy for operational planning and reporting.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepares and submits monthly aircraft utilization reports to both the operator and lessor. Coordinates closely with the contracted AMO's Fleet Technical Management team to verify report accuracy.
  • Technical Document Evaluation: Reviews and assesses relevant technical publications, including Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), Engineering Orders (EOs), and Engineering Instructions (EIs), for applicability and implementation.
  • Records & Documentation Management: Manages and audits aircraft technical records and Statements of Account for all maintenance activities completed by the contracted Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO).
  • Material Planning: Coordinates material and spare parts planning to support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events, ensuring timely availability and cost efficiency.
  • Operational Support & Coordination: Serves as the primary liaison for all maintenance-related concerns during flight operations, working closely with the contracted AMO's delegated personnel to ensure smooth maintenance execution and issue resolution.
  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor, in support of maintenance operations and departmental goals.

Qualification:

  • Graduate of BS in Aeronautical Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance Technology (AMT)
  • with a valid A&P CAAP license

Job Type: Temporary
