POSITION SUMMARY:

The Digital Product Catalog Publishing Analyst will be mainly responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate publication of product detail pages on and other related platforms like the Partner Portal, Sales Portal, and Sales Attaché. This person will operate within the CMS, cPIM, and the DAM with the aim of curating web pages of the Vertiv portfolio. This role will belong to the Global Digital Product Catalog Team, which offers specialized expertise in the deployment and publishing of online content. This team is responsible for establishing a single source of truth for product information, executing data-driven updates to content, and overseeing the governance frameworks related to online content publishing. Furthermore, spearhead initiatives that utilize data to enhance the organization's digital presence.

KRA 1: Publishing Product Detail Pages

  • Work within the cPIM, DAM, and CMS to publish product detail pages of the Vertiv catalog on , Sales Portal, Partner Portal, and other related platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that content on these sites is accurate, relevant, up-to-date, and adheres to the established digital marketing & brand guidelines as well as the company's business objectives.


KRA 2: Digital Assets Management Support

  • Monitor and manage the storage and distribution of digital assets using the Part Numbering System. 


KRA 3:  Support the digital branding guideline implementation 

  • Support the maintenance, implementation, and dissemination of brand and/or digital guidelines to our stakeholders.
  • Participate in user acceptance tests to support site improvements (all digital platforms) and quality assurance checks (all digital platforms).


KRA 4: Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development and content management
  • Strive to expand their digital marketing skills by learning on the job or through online channels provided (ex. UX, Analytics, etc)
