Key Job Functions:

  • Assist the marketing team in planning and executing promotional campaigns for IT solutions and services.
  • Support social media management, including content scheduling, posting, and engagement.
  • Help design and prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
  • Perform telemarketing activities such as calling prospects, introducing products/services, and setting appointments for the sales team.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for marketing-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Open to undergraduate students currently taking up Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Information Technology, or other related courses.
  • Willing to undergo internship for academic credit or professional experience.

Education:

  • At least in 3rd or 4th year college level (or fresh graduate) in a relevant field of study.

Experience:

  • No prior work experience required. Internship, school projects, or organizational involvement in marketing/communications is a plus.

Trainings:

  • Coursework or exposure to digital marketing, branding, or IT-related topics is an advantage.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of IT products and services (a plus but not required). Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
