Role Overview

The 
International Marketing Partner
 will play a key role in promoting our Philippine property listings, generating leads, and nurturing potential investors abroad. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, a professional presence, and the ability to connect with overseas Filipinos and international buyers who are seeking investment opportunities in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and market Philippine property projects (via events, referrals, digital platforms, and personal networks).
  • Identify and generate quality leads from overseas Filipinos and foreign investors.
  • Coordinate with our Philippine-based team to arrange 
    online / face-to-face presentations
     for clients.
  • Represent our group in 
    property roadshows, networking events, and investment seminars abroad
    .
  • Maintain good client relationships and assist in guiding them through the investment process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or real estate (preferred but not required).
  • Strong personal and professional network abroad (Filipino community, business groups, investors).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Must have basic knowledge of using digital tools (Zoom, WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
