What You'll Do:

Transaction Review:

  • Help monitor customer transactions to spot unusual activity—think of it like being a detective for finances
  • Use innovative tools and AI-driven technology to identify patterns that could indicate risks and escalate concerns clearly and quickly.

Customer Verification (CDD/KYC):

  • Verify customer information to ensure identities are accurate and authentic.
  • Keep detailed and organized customer records—think of yourself as the gatekeeper to customer safety.

Regulatory Knowledge:

  • We'll teach you the important regulations you need to know, such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CFT) and OFAC sanctions.
  • Assist in preparing clear reports to regulatory authorities when required.

Risk Awareness:

  • Help perform risk assessments—your fresh perspective could catch something others miss
  • Learn how to develop practical strategies to manage risks effectively.

Sanctions Screening:

  • Cross-check names against global watchlists to ensure our company stays compliant.
  • Investigate any matches—keeping things secure and smooth.

Organized Record Keeping:

  • Keep detailed and accurate records of your investigations and findings—your notes might make all the difference.

Training and Growth:

  • Participate in engaging training sessions designed to boost your skills, including learning about AI-driven compliance tools.
  • Eventually help train your colleagues, sharing your growing expertise.

Audit Assistance:

  • Provide clear documentation to auditors—making sure everything is transparent and traceable.

What We're Looking For:

  • A fresh graduate or early career professional eager to learn.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (business, finance, law, technology, or related), but curiosity and commitment matter most.
  • Excellent attention to detail—someone who enjoys the little things.
  • Strong analytical mindset—if you enjoy puzzles, mysteries, or detective stories, you'll love this
  • Interest in innovation and emerging technologies, especially AI.
  • Good communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Integrity and trustworthiness—keeping information confidential is key.

  • Interest or experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or AI.
  • Familiarity with compliance software, databases, or AI-driven tools.
