Accounting Associate - Join Our Team in Angeles City, Pampanga Australian Business Support Function

Criterion Industries is a leading Australian manufacturing business with a strong national footprint. To support our continued success, we operate a centralised offshore business support function that delivers finance, accounting, and operational services to our group companies.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, qualified Accounting Associate to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in accounting within a dynamic, international business environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Support month-end and year-end reporting processes.

· Reconcile accounts and prepare journal entries.

· Provide support for audits and compliance requirements.

· Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger transactions.

· Ensure accounting tasks are completed resulting in accurate and timely financial data.

About You

· Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or related field with 2 to 3 years of relevant, prior work experience.

· Strong attention to detail with sound analytical skills.

· Good communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work in a team environment.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/accounting systems (MS Dynamics will be highly regarded).

· A proactive professional with the ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
