KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promotions, prescription creation, and selling of hospital-based human injectables and cardio products.
  • Above average interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities, challenges and subsequently develop, plan, implement, and follow through with action plans to positively influence opportunities and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain superior relationships with key decision makers and influencers within physician offices.
  • Ability to work effectively with less supervision or in a team environment
  • Exercise positive, open communication, collaboration with co-workers and counterparts.
  • Completes all administrative tasks in a timely fashion and works within the specified budget.
  • Consistently executes all field sales activities including promotions, delivery of goods and collection of payments with a high degree of professionalism and in accordance with the company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With Bachelor's Degree in any Health Allied or Business Allied Courses.
  • With at least 1-year sales and marketing experience gained from a respected pharmaceutical company handling hospital-based injectable products.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Willing to do fieldwork
  • Good sales and collection track record, negotiation skills and ability to execute marketing plans.
  • Can manage a territory in a fast-paced working environment.
  • With effective communications skills both oral and written.
  • Can work with minimum supervision.
  • Ideally residing from the same area applying for.
