Job Description
  • Ownership of the 201 file management of Bestank employees
  • Coordinate with agencies for Employee Relation matters including clearances
  • Accurate maintenance and delivery of the company's Notice to Explain tracking and issuance system
  • Support, attend and notarize where applicable all arbitration council and committee meetings of the company
  • Ensure all probationary contracts are assessed on time and all plantilla is accurate
  • Attend the monthly security meeting and deliver minutes to all who attend
  • Liason with unions on ER matters where guided by senior management and legal advice
Qualifications
  • HR degree or equivalent
  • The candidate must have an excellent grasp of English and capable to write business letters in English quickly and accurately
  • Knowledgeable with Labor Law and previous experience in employee discipline and 201 management is essential
  • Knowledgegeable with spreadsheets and word processing  for creating reports
  • The candidate must be able to focus heavily on task management, aduting and detail.
