Safety Officer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Safety Officer to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards in the workplace. The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and promoting a culture of safety among all employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety rules, regulations, and policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments in the workplace.
- Lead toolbox meetings and safety orientations for workers.
- Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near misses.
- Prepare and submit safety reports and documentation to management and DOLE.
- Coordinate with DOLE and other government agencies for safety compliance and accreditation.
- Promote continuous awareness and training on occupational health and safety programs.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Engineering or related field.
- Must be a DOLE-accredited Safety Officer.
- With at least 1–2 years of experience
- Knowledgeable in OSH standards
- Strong communication, leadership, and observation skills.
