Job Overview:

This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping practices. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing client accounts, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, and delivering accurate financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Work Schedule:

  • 4:00am to 1:00pm

  • Hybrid

Office Assignment:

  • MAKATI OFFICE: 22F Tower 1, One Ayala Corporate Center, Ayala Ave., Makati City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and oversee daily bookkeeping for multiple clients using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite).
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial transactions.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Assist with journalizing payroll entries and related tax filings.
  • Support audit and review engagements by preparing schedules and documentation if needed.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with accountants and tax professionals to ensure accurate reporting and filings.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to accounting processes and systems.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and full-cycle bookkeeping, preferably in an accounting firm.
  • Accounts payable and receivable management
  • Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online/Desktop, Xero, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
