We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who can guide Agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions, foster a collaborative culture, and ensure adherence to Agile principles and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a servant-leader and coach for one or more Agile teams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Track and communicate key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput).
• Mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile practices and values.
• Support cross-team coordination in scaled Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe) preferred.
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in hybrid or global team setups is a plus.

Project Manager

Job Title: IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular status reports and project updates to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management (software development, infrastructure, or digital transformation).
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, PMI-ACP) preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple software development projects or programs.
• Manage delivery timelines, quality, and scope across Agile teams.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and leadership to align delivery goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective resource utilization.
• Monitor and report on delivery health, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Mentor and coach team members to build delivery excellence.
• Escalate and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT project or program delivery.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects or enterprise-level deliveries.
• Strong expertise in Agile delivery management; SAFe or other scaled Agile experience is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
• Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).
• Strong ability to balance business needs, delivery commitments, and team well-being.
