Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Scrum Master to facilitate Agile development processes across our teams. The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles and practices, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum practices to ensure accountability, transparency, and efficiency.
  • Actively remove impediments or guide the team to remove them.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined product backlog and prioritization.
  • Support the team in achieving sprint goals and maintaining sustainable pace.
  • Protect the team from outside interruptions and distractions.
  • Track and report key Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down, and team performance.
  • Encourage continuous improvement within the team and organization.
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve overall Agile maturity across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and Kanban practices.
  • Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Trello).
  • Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is highly preferred.
