Job Description

We are looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to guide Agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions through effective facilitation of Scrum ceremonies, continuous improvement, and strong collaboration with stakeholders. The role focuses on driving Agile maturity, building a culture of accountability, and ensuring successful product delivery within agreed standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Mentor teams to adopt and improve Agile/Scrum practices, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Support product backlog refinement and ensure development iterations are well-prioritized.
  • Promote a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability across cross-functional teams.
  • Track velocity, burndown charts, and other Agile metrics to support planning and progress reporting.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align delivery with business goals.
  • Encourage adherence to the Definition of Done (DoD) to maintain quality standards.
  • Coach teams on Agile values and create a safe space for problem-solving and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (postgraduate or MBA in Project Management preferred).
  • 3–5 years' experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles, frameworks, and delivery methods.
  • Experience managing complex projects and diverse resources.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Technical background or hands-on development experience.
  • Prior experience in fintech vendors or large financial institutions is an advantage.
