Job Description

We are looking for a Scrum Master to guide Agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions through effective facilitation of Scrum ceremonies, continuous improvement, and strong collaboration with stakeholders. The role focuses on driving Agile maturity, building a culture of accountability, and ensuring successful product delivery within agreed standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).

· Mentor teams to adopt and improve Agile/Scrum practices, fostering continuous improvement.

· Support product backlog refinement and ensure development iterations are well-prioritized.

· Promote a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability across cross-functional teams.

· Track velocity, burndown charts, and other Agile metrics to support planning and progress reporting.

· Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align delivery with business goals.

· Encourage adherence to the Definition of Done (DoD) to maintain quality standards.

· Coach teams on Agile values and create a safe space for problem-solving and innovation.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in any field (postgraduate or MBA in Project Management preferred).

· 3–5 years' experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.

· Strong knowledge of Agile principles, frameworks, and delivery methods.

· Experience managing complex projects and diverse resources.

· Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.

· Technical background or hands-on development experience.

· Prior experience in fintech vendors or large financial institutions is an advantage.
