Operational Excellence
Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in coordination with the Sales and Service Team.
Involved in the on-boarding of new customers
Conducts demos and responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all equipment at the client location
Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
Conducts for the preventive maintenance of specific machines
Complies with safety regulations and maintains clean and orderly work areas at all times
Will be assigned around Cebu City or specific location/city.
Qualifications:
At least 1 to 2 years' working experience related to maintenance, repairs, electrical, etc.
Willingness to be trained and continue learning
Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
A polite, friendly and engaging personality
Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
Must be willing and available to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13, Php18,000.00 per month
