About the role

We are seeking an experienced Aircon Technician to join our team at Holiday Plaza Hotel in Cebu City, Cebu. As an Aircon Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of air conditioning and refrigeration systems throughout our hotel. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform routine maintenance and servicing on air conditioning and refrigeration units
  2. Diagnose and repair malfunctioning HVAC systems
  3. Install new air conditioning and refrigeration equipment as needed
  4. Maintain thorough records of all work performed
  5. Ensure all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner
  6. Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests and staff
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Aircon Technician or in a similar role
  2. Proficient in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
  3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  5. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  6. Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment
