Job description

Job Overview: Troubleshoot issues with mobile phones, diagnose the cause of a particular problem, then replace parts or perform software updates to repair the device and restore it to full functionality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform all aspects of the repair and maintenance on mobile phones.
  • Ensure that repairs are completed in accordance with company standards, procedures and policies.
  • Ensure proper operation of equipment to ensure safe working conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records as required by law or agency regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service).
  • Work closely with other technician's/staff members at various locations throughout the country.

General Requirements:

  • Cell Phone Servicing (Hardware & Software) Graduate/Electronics Engineer Graduate or equivalent
  • NC II Holder / Cellphone Repair Certificate or equivalent is a plus
  • Atleast 6 months of experience as a technician in related field required
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal skills.
  • Can handle work pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
