Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Service Technician based in Cebu, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The Service Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of industrial food processing machines, troubleshooting issues, providing field service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include inspecting and diagnosing machine problems, performing routine maintenance, and coordinating with clients to deliver exceptional service. Trainings will be done in Pulilan, Bulacan.

Qualifications

  • Maintenance & Repair skills, including routine maintenance and diagnostics
  • Troubleshooting skills to identify and solve mechanical and electrical issues
  • Field Service experience, including on-site repairs and client interactions
  • Customer Service skills to effectively communicate with clients and ensure satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the industrial food processing industry is an advantage
  • Degree or certification in Mechatronics engineering, electrical or related field

Can be an advantage

  • Driving skills is a plus
  • Good writing and communications / Cebuano, Tagalog, English
