Job Description:

The Key Account Coordinator supports the Key Account Manager in managing supermarket and retail clients to ensure the effective execution of promotions and sales initiatives. This role covers Pangasinan, Nueva Vizcaya, Ilocos, Isabela, and Aparri, and includes a company-issued car for field visits, client coordination, and store monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Key Account Manager to implement sales strategies and promotional plans for supermarket clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key retail accounts regarding promotions, pricing updates, inventory issues, and other operational matters.
  • Conduct regular store visits within Pangasinan, Nueva Vizcaya, Ilocos, Isabela, and Aparri areas to monitor promotional execution, stock availability, merchandising, and overall account performance (company car provided).
  • Track and manage promotional activities, ensuring timely submission of proposals, artworks, and required documents to clients.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of promotions and product availability.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, account updates, and promotional evaluations for review by the Key Account Manager.
  • Verify and validate promotional billings and ensure all supporting documents are complete before endorsement.
  • Maintain organized and updated client files, promo calendars, and account documents.
  • Assist in resolving client concerns by coordinating with internal departments and the Key Account Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in key account coordination, sales coordination, or FMCG/retail operations is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to travel extensively across Pangasinan, Nueva Vizcaya, Ilocos, Isabela, and Aparri.
  • Must have a valid driver's license (company car provided).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
