Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in and scheduled applicants throughout the loan application process.
- Achieve assigned sales targets by actively promoting loan products and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct field credit investigations and submit results in accordance with prescribed standards and timelines.
- Monitor customers' first three installment payments to ensure timely settlement.
- Encourage customers to settle delayed payments through SMS reminders, follow-up calls, or courtesy visits.
- Perform customer Know-Your-Customer (KYC) procedures, including authentication of valid IDs, signature verification, and facilitation of contract signing and customer briefing during MotorsikLOAN release.
- Ensure complete and accurate submission of loan and dealer documents for booking within the day—or at the latest, the following business day—free from deficiencies.
- Submit loan folders (loan and dealer documents) promptly for safekeeping, arranged in accordance with set standards, to the SBF Head Office or SMU after booking.
- Provide regular updates to dealers on the status of loan applications endorsed to SBF.
- Conduct customer briefings during unit release and loan document signing.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with assigned dealer partners.
Deliver excellent service to all stakeholders:
Customers: Assist with two-wheel (2W) loan applications and respond to loan-related inquiries.
- Dealer Partners: Provide timely updates on the status of endorsed MotorsikLOAN applications.
Experience: With or without prior experience (training will be provided upon successful hiring)
Education: High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, Vocational Graduate, or College Undergraduate/Graduate
Preferred Background:
- Experience in the two-wheel (2W) industry or a sales-related role is an advantage.
- Tech-savvy individuals, especially those comfortable using mobile phones for work-related tasks, are preferred.
Employment History Restriction:
- Candidates must not have been employed by any SBFI-partnered dealer within the past year (refer to the provided list).
Special Requirements
- Must own a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license (Non-Professional or Professional).
Must be able to submit the following pre-employment documents:
NBI Clearance
- Medical Certificate (Fit to Work)
- Diploma
- Transcript of Records (TOR) or Form 137
- Certificate of Completion (COC) or Certificate of Employment (COE)
Additional Benefit:
- Eligible employees may apply for a MotorsikLOAN (motorcycle loan) after completing at least six (6) months of employment with the company.
