We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to actively seek out new accounts and grow our customer base. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for each customer in order to boost revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit potential and existing customers in the field
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and field visits
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate with team members and other departments to optimize sales efforts

Requirements:

  • Must have work experience in FMCG sales and handling distributors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • College graduate of any course
  • Can use own motorcycle for work (a plus), job will come with gas allowance
  • Amenable to work from Mondays to Saturdays. Including public holidays

Work covers the entirety of Region 1. Home base in Pangasinan. We will prioritize applicants who are residing in Pangasinan.
