Roles and Responsibilities

The TMG Supervisor supports a specific channel/region/area and ensures that the thematic marketing plans are translated to appropriate channel plans for the category/brand.

This will require efficient and effective implementation and execution of the different trade activities customized to each trade channel, area; observing merchandising and distribution standards via coordination with the Third Party agencies while monitoring the distribution of funds per channel per program.

  • Assist the Trade Marketing team with the day to day tasks and coordinates projects and activities as requested
  • Ensure availability of promo materials for distribution to all channels as aid to their promotional activities to end-users
  • Ensure the proper execution of programs (i.e. promotions/merchandising drives) that would help the Trade and PAI to achieve our common objectives
  • Liaises with the relevant internal and external partners, agencies and suppliers for each project
  • Coordinate with manpower and merchandising agencies/suppliers for the delivery and deployment of promotional/merchandising items for various activities
  • Track Sales data, maintains database/s, and prepares appropriate report/s of the assigned channel
  • Provide regular competitive intelligence
  • Monitor promotional and merchandising budget through appropriate allocation, accurate projection, complete and on-time actualization

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • College graduate preferably degree course in Marketing, Management, Advertising or related field
  • Entry level; Related work experience is an advantage
