The Franchise Relations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with BIGGS franchisees in Bicol and CALABARZON. This role ensures franchisees receive the guidance, support, and resources they need to achieve operational excellence, profitability, and brand consistency. The position requires close coordination with internal departments to align strategies, monitor performance, and provide solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between BIGGS Inc. and franchise partners.
  • Provide guidance on operational standards, sales performance, and compliance with brand policies.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and store visits to assess performance and provide recommendations.
  • Support franchisees in addressing challenges and implementing best practices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, supply chain, etc.) to ensure franchise needs are met.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen franchise relations and improve partner satisfaction.
  • Monitor franchise performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
  • Contribute to the growth of the franchise network by fostering long-term, successful partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in franchise management, business development, or account management (preferably in the food and retail industry).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of business operations, financial performance, and franchise systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Willingness to travel across Bicol and CALABARZON to support franchise operations.
