Job Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, or a related field
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in EHS Management
With experience in Construction or related industry
Certified Safety Officer (SO2 or SO3) is required
Bonus points if accredited as PCO (Pollution Control Officer) or as a DOLE Practitioner; awareness of PCO duties is an advantage even if not accredited
Strong knowledge of OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, DOLE, LLDA, BFP, and other applicable EHS standards and regulations
Proven experience in developing and implementing EHS policies, management systems, and compliance programs
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities
Dedicated, responsible, and able to foster a culture of safety and compliance

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

Develop, implement, and oversee EHS policies, procedures, and management systems
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations (local, national, and international)
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, inspections, and corrective/preventive actions
Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and establish preventive measures
Provide EHS training and awareness programs for employees and contractors
Monitor, analyze, and report EHS performance metrics to management
Manage waste disposal, pollution prevention, and sustainability programs
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to minimize workplace hazards and environmental impacts
Coordinate emergency response and crisis management plans
Liaise with government regulatory bodies, auditors, and external stakeholders on EHS compliance matters
Performing other tasks needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php65,000.00 per month
