Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in EHS Management
- With experience in Construction or related industry
- Certified Safety Officer (SO2 or SO3) is required
- Bonus points if accredited as PCO (Pollution Control Officer) or as a DOLE Practitioner; awareness of PCO duties is an advantage even if not accredited
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, DOLE, LLDA, BFP, and other applicable EHS standards and regulations
- Proven experience in developing and implementing EHS policies, management systems, and compliance programs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities
- Dedicated, responsible, and able to foster a culture of safety and compliance
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
- Develop, implement, and oversee EHS policies, procedures, and management systems
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations (local, national, and international)
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, inspections, and corrective/preventive actions
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and establish preventive measures
- Provide EHS training and awareness programs for employees and contractors
- Monitor, analyze, and report EHS performance metrics to management
- Manage waste disposal, pollution prevention, and sustainability programs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to minimize workplace hazards and environmental impacts
- Coordinate emergency response and crisis management plans
- Liaise with government regulatory bodies, auditors, and external stakeholders on EHS compliance matters
- Performing other tasks needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php45, Php65,000.00 per month
