The Digital & CRM Executive is responsible for assisting with planning, developing, and implementing the

overall digital marketing strategy, along with creating and leading online marketing strategies to enable

business growth for all Cosmax brands. This includes email, marketing, social media, and website

development.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

Customer Relations Management

  • Planning the CRM calendar and deliverables for the assigned portfolio.
  • Ensuring that all deliverables and activities are planned at least 1-2 months in advance.
  • Responsible for the CRM weekly calendar, changes, updates, and notification to the Sales, Marketing, and Communications teams.
  • Assisting the Head of Digital & Communications to identify opportunities to improve data collection and increase overall engagement and conversion.
  • Download files from the brand portals to create EDM's in line with brand guidelines.

Media

  • Coordinate media campaigns across print, broadcast, digital, and social platforms with the

    appointed agencies.
  • Coordinate creation, editing, and approval of media content: images for articles, social  media posts, photos, and videos.
  • Ensure messaging consistency and brand compliance across all media outputs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (designers or advertising portals), to provide material to the agencies in a timely manner.
  • Manage media inquiries and ensure timely response.

E-retail / Online

  • Assist the E-retail team to update all products on e-retailers for the allocated portfolio with

    product images, descriptions and ingredients listing when required. This should be communicatedthrough the retailer's online portal and email notification.
  • Assist the E-retail team to run a monthly audit for the allocated brands portfolio. This audit should

    be designed to ensure all brand pages and product sizes are correct, descriptions don't have anyerrors (i.e., spelling) and all products are going to the correct categories.

Reporting

  • Prepare fortnightly reports showing the performance and outcomes of CRM send outs (utilising

    the software). Presenting the report and findings to the Head of Digital & Communications, otherkey stakeholders and Digital E-retail team members. The core purpose of this report is to enableall stakeholders to review performance and discuss challenges and required changes.
  • Report and present on monthly performance to Head of Digital & Communications and key stakeholders.
  • Regularly monitoring competitors creatives, inspiration sources, advances in CRM and technologyand sharing useful findings.
Requirements

Skills & Knowledge

  • Intermediate to advanced ability with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
  • Ability to utilise software such as Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce and Shopify
  • Intermediate level Adobe photoshop

Experience

  • Ideally at least 2 years experience in a similar role, or previous experience with the brand portfolio.

Education

  • Tertiary University or final year college or equivalent work experience.
