Job Summary
A Digital and Omnichannel Manager develops and executes strategies that integrate digital, e-commerce, and retail channels to deliver a seamless customer experience across all Primer brands. The role ensures brand consistency, enhances online-to-offline engagement, and uses data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance and customer loyalty. In Primer PH Retail's evolving business model, this role ensures full integration of online and offline customer experiences across platforms. It drives data-backed digital engagement strategies that directly contribute to sales, loyalty, and customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital and omnichannel marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead execution of digital marketing campaigns, CRM initiatives, and performance marketing across all channels.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, Sales, and IT teams to ensure cohesive customer experiences online and in-store.
- Analyze and report key performance metrics, customer insights, and ROI to guide decision-making.
- Ensure brand consistency and integration of messaging across all touchpoints.
- Manage partnerships with vendors, agencies, and platform providers to enhance omnichannel capabilities.
- Oversee and mentor team members in digital execution and analytics, promoting innovation and operational efficiency.
- Lead implementation of unified commerce strategies that link store POS, e-commerce, and CLP data.
- Develop measurable KPIs such as conversion rate uplift, digital revenue contribution, and ROI of omnichannel campaigns.
- Collaborate with Finance to track the commercial performance of digital and physical channels.
Job Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Qualifications
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or Omnichannel Management, preferably in the retail or lifestyle industry.
- Proven managerial experience, with the ability to lead and develop teams or cross-functional projects.
- Proficient in CRM systems, data analytics, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and understanding of customer experience and digital trends.
- Preferably with certifications in Digital Marketing or E-Commerce.
