Sales & Marketing Development Manager (Dog & Pet Food)

Gentro International Products Inc. is seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales & Marketing Development Manager to lead the market introduction, growth and expansion of our dog and pet food brands. This role is responsible for building brand awareness, driving sales performance and developing strong relationships with key retail and distribution partners, both online and offline. Responsibilities
- Lead the sales and marketing strategy for dog and pet food brands, from brand launch to sustained market growth.
- Develop and execute pricing, promotions, merchandising and marketing strategies for the brand.
- Build, manage and strengthen relationships with retailers, distributors and key trade partners to expand market presence.
- Identify new sales opportunities, distribution channels and partnerships to grow both offline and online sales.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, eCommerce and product teams to ensure aligned campaigns and consistent brand messaging.
- Drive brand awareness through trade marketing activities, product presentations, industry-related events and digital initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and actionable insights for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
- At least 3-4 years experience in sales, marketing or business development, preferably in FMCG, pet food or consumer goods.
- Strong understanding of retail, distribution and eCommerce channels.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders effectively.
- Willingness to travel as required to support sales and partner development.
