Job Responsibilities
Responsible for collecting and analyzing market information for refrigeration equipment, and proactively identifying potential clients.
Communicate with clients via phone calls, visits, etc., to understand their needs and promote the company's engineering service solutions.
Collaborate with the international team, including technical engineers, to provide professional refrigeration system solutions for clients.
Follow up on project progress and coordinate internal resources to ensure the smooth advancement of projects.
Participate in contract negotiations, signing, and post-sale client relationship maintenance.
Regularly report sales progress and achieve individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree fresh graduate; all majors are welcome (HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, or Marketing majors are preferred). Fresh graduates are welcome.
Experience: Passionate about sales work, with a strong desire for achievement and a sense of responsibility. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred.
Possess excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
Positive and outgoing personality, strong ability to work under pressure, and adaptability to business travel as required.
Interest in the refrigeration, HVAC, or engineering industry, willing to learn from the basics.
