Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery:
  • Conduct site inspections to identify pest issues and assess infestation levels.
  • Perform treatment applications such as spraying, baiting, fogging, and fumigation, following company standards and safety procedures.
  • Ensure proper use, mixing, and handling of chemicals and equipment.
  • Record details of services performed, including chemicals used, dosages, and client concerns.
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Educate clients on pest prevention and post-treatment care.
  • Address client concerns and provide courteous, informative service.
  • Promote trust and professionalism through consistent behavior and clear communication.
  • Compliance and Safety:
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Report any incidents, hazards, or malfunctions immediately.
  • Maintenance and Reporting:
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of tools, chemicals, and vehicles.
  • Submit service acknowledgment forms and treatment reports.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in pest control or a related field is an advantage.
  • Must be willing to undergo training and certification.
  • Physically fit and able to work in various environments (roofs, basements, outdoor areas).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of IPM (Integrated Pest Management) principles is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and own a motorcycle.
