Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create promotions and seasonal offers.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

2. Social Media & Digital Marketing

Manage and update the company's social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).

Create engaging content such as posts, infographics, reels, and stories.

Respond to online inquiries and boost engagement through timely and relevant responses.

3. Brand Management & Content Creation

  • Design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, posters, and promotional items.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all platforms and materials.
  • Support visual needs for internal and external presentations.

4. Market Research & Lead Generation

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

Identify new opportunities for growth and recommend new market segments.

Generate leads through online campaigns, outreach programs, and client referrals.

5. Coordination & Support

  • Work closely with the Sales and Operations to align marketing efforts.
  • Organize marketing events, sponsorships, circuit talks, or community outreach projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a service-oriented or B2C company.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Experience in content creation, basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite), and video editing is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for branding and visual consistency.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Willing to travel for on-ground events, promotions, and branch activities when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
