In this role, you will be an integral part of the Marketing and Communications department, supporting the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives. Based in the vibrant Intramuros area of Manila City, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a leading customs brokerage company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's services and enhance brand awareness
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and curate engaging content for the company's website, social media channels, and other marketing collateral
  3. Support event planning and execution, including trade shows, client events, and industry networking opportunities
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  5. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, reporting, and project coordination
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in marketing and communications

What we're looking for

  1. Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  2. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the customs brokerage or logistics industry
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content
  4. Proficiency in social media and email marketing platforms is essential for this role
  5. Proficiency in using various marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and content management systems
  6. Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  7. Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the department
