II. Key Responsibilities
A. Brand & Marketing Campaigns
  • Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns for cosmetic and beauty products.
  • Support product launches, beauty demos, skincare workshops, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with brand ambassadors, influencers, and beauty partners.
B. Digital Marketing & Content Creation
  • Create and post content for social media platforms (FB, IG, TikTok).
  • Assist in producing simple product photos/videos, beauty tips, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor engagement, comments, and inquiries on digital platforms.
  • Help maintain online brand presence consistent with company branding.
C. Product Knowledge & Customer Engagement
  • Learn and maintain updated knowledge of all cosmetic and beauty products.
  • Demonstrate products during events or marketing activities when needed.
  • Provide warm and professional customer service when handling inquiries.
  • Assist in generating product feedback, testimonials, and customer insights.
D. Sales & Promotional Support
  • Support the Sales team in achieving product visibility and sales targets.
  • Prepare marketing kits, product samples, and giveaway materials.
  • Assist in merchandising, product displays, and point-of-sale materials.
E. Administrative & Coordination Support
  • Prepare marketing reports, schedules, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, event organizers, and logistics teams.
  • Monitor marketing inventory such as brochures, testers, stands, and materials.

III. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Beauty/Cosmetic-related field is an advantage.
  • Experience in marketing, cosmetics, skincare, beauty retail, or related field is a plus but not required.
  • With pleasing personality, confident, presentable, and comfortable interacting with clients and audiences.
  • Good communication skills (oral and written).
  • Creative and familiar with social media trends, especially in beauty content.
  • Basic skills in Canva, photo/video editing, or content creation is an advantage.
  • Strong interest in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, and current trends.
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
  • The ideal candidate is creative, confident, well-groomed, and has a pleasing personality, as the role includes representing the brand in both online and on-site activities.
