About the Role:
This is a pivotal role for a digital marketing and campaign expert who wants to make a real impact across the organisation. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with senior leadership to help shape and execute B2B marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and client lifetime value. You'll ensure the client is positioned as the growth partner of choice for ambitious Australian SMEs, delivering measurable results and exceptional ROI through best-in-class digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
As Digital Marketing Manager, your core purpose is to execute and optimise B2B marketing strategies in line with company's growth plan. You'll take ownership of digital campaign execution, content, analytics, and marketing operations, while collaborating closely with the General Manager and senior leaders on strategy, planning, and priorities.
Plan, develop, and implement integrated B2B marketing campaigns and PR activities (external and internal) aligned with business objectives and campaign deadlines.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to support the development and execution of marketing strategy, bringing a strategic mindset and proactive ideas to the table.
Champion the development and evolution of the client's brand, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints.
Support other business areas (sales, client success, operations) in achieving their goals through effective marketing and communications.
Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy (with a focus on HubSpot SEO tools and analytics) to grow organic website traffic, improve search rankings, and generate qualified inbound leads.
Manage, brief, and oversee external agencies and partners to ensure optimal campaign output, cost efficiency, and ROI.
Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and continuously optimising for results.
Drive creation and execution of high-impact B2B content (case studies, guides, landing pages, ad copy, social posts) and manage the content calendar.
Build, optimise, and manage automated lead nurturing and remarketing flows through HubSpot, ensuring seamless prospect journeys from awareness to conversion.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for new service offerings and inform product positioning.
Develop compelling product messaging, value propositions, and launch plans tailored to target SME audiences.
Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives to drive awareness, adoption, and demand for new and existing products/services.
Gather and analyse customer and stakeholder feedback to inform continuous improvement of product offerings and marketing strategies.
Ensure clear, timely communication of product updates, launches, and enhancements to internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Build and nurture profitable relationships with key stakeholders, clients, partners, and ecosystem experts, leveraging networking skills to drive new business opportunities.
Provide day-to-day direction, mentorship, and oversight of the Agency Growth/Marketing Coordinator's work, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies, campaign execution, and business objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for task prioritisation, project management, and professional development support for the Agency Growth/Marketing Coordinator.
Fulfil other duties as required by the leadership team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Significant commercial experience in a similar B2B marketing or growth marketing role, ideally within a marketing, media, or professional services environment.
Client-focused: Committed to delivering exceptional service and value to both internal and external stakeholders.
Executive-level stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Strong ability to develop and oversee high-impact B2B content and campaigns.
Commercial acumen: Ability to apply marketing knowledge in a practical, results-driven, and commercially minded way.
Proven experience managing external agencies and partners to achieve optimal output and ROI.
Event planning and management experience (e.g., webinars, trade shows, conferences, workshops).
Strong organisational skills and project management capabilities.
Collaborative, supportive, and able to work effectively across functions and with external partners.
Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, visual), able to adapt style for different audiences.

Martech Experience & Platform Proficiency
Advanced proficiency with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Content Hub, CRM, Automation, SEO tools)
Skilled in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Search Console
Proficient with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush and Ahrefs
Competent in Canva for content creation and visual assets
Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
