I. Job Summary

The Digital Transformation Lead is responsible for designing and executing eTap's digital transformation roadmap. This includes leading the development of internal software applications, automation initiatives, and process innovations that enhance efficiency and business performance. The role ensures that all transformation projects align with company goals, adhere to security and compliance standards, and support long-term scalability.

This position plays a key role in driving innovation, empowering cross-functional collaboration, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.


II. Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Transformation Planning
  • Define and implement the company's transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to prioritize software and automation initiatives based on organizational needs.
2. Leadership and Team Development
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers to drive innovation and technical excellence.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
3. Software Development and Delivery
  • Oversee the design and deployment of internal applications and automation tools.
  • Ensure systems are intuitive, efficient, and seamlessly integrated across departments.
  • Improve internal productivity through automation and digital optimization.
4. Quality Assurance and Security
  • Implement quality assurance frameworks and testing protocols.
  • Ensure solutions meet performance, data security, and compliance requirements.
5. Innovation and Research
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  • Pilot innovative tools and transition successful tests into enterprise-level solutions.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Operations, and other departments to deliver digital solutions addressing business needs.
  • Ensure transformation projects improve workflows and employee experiences.
7. Project and Resource Management
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Provide visibility on project milestones, risks, and dependencies.
8. Compliance and Risk Management
  • Uphold data security, privacy, and company policy standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology adoption and system changes.

III. HSE Accountabilities and Authority
  • Support company HSE programs and ensure all activities follow established procedures.
  • Make project-related decisions within authorized limits.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the CEO.

IV. Physical Effort
  • High mental demands involving analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making.
  • Moderate physical activity (sitting, standing, walking for short periods).
  • Must be capable of working extended or flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, when needed.

V. Work Environment
  • Operates in a professional office environment using standard equipment.
  • Occasional travel may be required for meetings, training, or site visits.

VI. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is an advantage but not required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on automation, digital transformation, or process innovation.
