Senior Admin Assistant

Provides general administrative and clerical support services to Operations Director to ensure operations are efficiently maintained.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides administrative support to MPMC and its managed projects as required from time to time and assist the other member as the exigencies of the work so requires.
- Coordinates with other department/unit concerning to sites project in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational concerns.
- Process requires for payment, reimbursement and other concerned related to the operations.
- Coordinates all the transmitted documents/transactions to every concern departments. Ensuring that daily transmitted documents from site are transmitted to every concern person/department.
- Assist in maintaining department office supplies and inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Typing, reproduction, finalization and distribution of all documents emanating from the immediate superior.
- Handles document transmittal/sending of documents to each respective managed project. Ensure that all for transmit to site will be property endorsed to each designated in-house messenger.
- Assist in handing/screening incoming and outgoing communications.
- Develop and maintain of an efficient document filing and retrieval system. Safekeeping/maintaining of confidential files and records.
- Assist the department in day-to-day tasks, functions and operations.
- Perform other mandated management functions and or any other duties maybe assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor's Degree holder;
- With 1 year relevant administrative experience in real estate industry;
- Must be highly organized and good with numbers
- Personable, with excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Computer proficient
