Job Title: Chief Operating Officer Industrial Maintenance (COO)

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Type: Full-time

Overview:

We are a diversified company operating in different fields and we are in search of the Chief

Operating Officer (COO) for our Industrial Maintenance business, reporting to the Chief

Executive Officer of the overall business. Currently we have ongoing maintenance operations in Power (Coal, Oil, Geothermal, Solar, Wind), Cement, Mining and Water treatment plants. The COO for this Maintenance Business Unit preferably will come from the power industry, ideally with experience in coal or gas power plants. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the company and ensuring that the business is well-coordinated and productive. The COO will be the overall responsible, working closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategies that drive growth, improve efficiency, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety in industrial maintenance services.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or

a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

● 20 years of overall experience in operations and maintenance, with at least 10 of them

in a senior operational role within the power industry preferably in coal power plants.

● Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and leading

high-performing teams.

● Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on operational

efficiency and continuous improvement.

● In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in

industrial maintenance.

● Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and optimizing operational costs.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business

needs.

Working Conditions:

● The role requires occasional travel to client sites, vendor locations, and industry events.

● Must be able to work in industrial environments, including exposure to noise, heat, and

other conditions typical of industrial maintenance sites.

Work Set Up:

Onsite (can have WFH days) but will need to travel whenever needed - Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (can be flexible)

Benefits:

HMO, 120 hours of sick and vacation leave, annual merit increase, performance bonus, and 14th month pay upon regularization

Salary : k (can go higher depending on experience)
