Job Summary:

We are looking for an Operations Engineer who will oversee daily maintenance and security operations within TBICAI property premises. The role ensures safety, cleanliness, and efficient facility operations while supervising personnel and coordinating with management.

Major Responsibilities:

Ø Oversee facility operations to keep the area safe, clean, and functional

Ø Conduct routine inspections and coordinate maintenance work

Ø Supervise security and maintenance personnel

Ø Lead daily briefings and assign tasks

Ø Ensure proper incident response and documentation

Ø Prepare and submit reports; maintain communication with management

Secondary Responsibilities:

Ø Maintain inventory of TBICAI equipment

Ø Submit proposals for safety, security, and cleanliness improvements

Ø Engage in special tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or experience in Facilities/Property Management or related work
  • 2–3 years' experience in operations/facilities supervision
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD is a plus
  • Works well independently; proactive and detail-oriented
