We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance & Accounting Manager to lead our financial operation. This role will oversee accounting activities, ensure financial accuracy and support operational efficiency across production and supply chain functions. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in financial management, cost control and a working knowledge of both manufacturing and logistics environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
  • Manage general accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, fixed assets and ledger maintenance.
  • Supervise cost accounting processes, including inventory valuation, freight cost analysis and production cost tracking.
  • Collaborate with the operations teams to analyze costs, monitor KPIs and support operational decision-making.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to align with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
  • Manage and develop the finance/accounting team to ensure high performance and accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization across manufacturing and logistics operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred).
  • Proven experience in finance or accounting leadership, preferably in manufacturing and/or logistics.
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and supply chain financials.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial tools; strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments, including production, warehousing, and distribution.
