JOB ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handles sign-ups and sales for events
  • Responsible for sourcing event participants and delegates through lead generation, and telemarketing
  • Sources and maintains communications with participants; coordinates and monitor event timelines; reviews and analyze evaluations
  • Coordinates the preparation of marketing collaterals for programs and events.
  • Manage inquiries for the events

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
  • Good project management skills. Can lead, motivate and handle staff
  • Experience in sales/ marketing and social media will be an advantage.
  • High integrity and ethics. Can manage budgets and profit & loss analysis.
  • Performance and goal-oriented.
  • Can be taken as Manager or promoted based on performance.
  • Have their own laptop
  • Willing to work fully on site
  • Knowledge in handling Corporate events is an advantage
