What You'll Do
Welcome and assist guests with inquiries and requests.

Coordinate reservations, transportation, and other services.

Maintain knowledge of hotel services and amenities.

Respond promptly to guest feedback and resolve issues as they arise.

What We're Looking For
Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

A proactive attitude with problem-solving abilities.
