The Senior Administrative Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing general administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations. This role will take the lead in ensuring compliance with government statutory benefits, regulatory requirements, and company policies. The Senior Admin will also provide support in documentation, coordination, and implementation of office procedures while supervising junior administrative staff when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all government-mandated statutory benefits (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) and other labor-related requirements.
- Oversee the preparation, filing, and monitoring of government remittances and reports.
- Manage office operations including supplies, utilities, permits, contracts, and service providers.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems for easy reference and audit purposes.
- Assist in developing, updating, and enforcing company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Support HR and Finance departments in relation to administrative and compliance matters.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and government offices when needed.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as correspondence, scheduling, documentation, and office maintenance.
- Supervise, guide, and train administrative staff to ensure efficient performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in administrative work, with focus on statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of government statutory benefits and reporting procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
