Job Purpose

The Senior Store Cash & Loans Management is primarily responsible for assisting the Team Leader in the management of the back-office operations of a store, including approval of loan disbursements, The appointee is expected to act as the Team Leader's reliever in case of temporary absence. This is to ensure that the SCLM team can deliver an excellent customer experience despite the high volume of transactions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

A. Efficient Store Operations

  1. Supervise the overall transactions processing of the assigned office/s, ensuring that daily executions are aligned with the approved policies and procedures of the Bank and any deviations are covered with appropriate approvals.
  2. Internal Audit rating
  3. Digitization of Customer Records

B. Vault Operation & Cash Custodianship

  1. Responsible for the custodianship of the following:

  2. ATM Admin Card

  3. ATM Key
  4. Pin Mailer
  5. Vault Combination (Primary)
  6. Cash Safe Combination (Primary)

C. Others

  1. Function as reliever in the absence of the TL- SCLM (Including other stores) for business continuity.

Job Qualifications and Competencies Requirement

A. Education

Graduate of at least a 4-year course, preferably business-related course.

B. Experience

Experience in credit-related jobs is an advantage

Preferably as Loan Management Specialist or equivalent function (loans, cash, and accounting)

C. Technical Competencies ("Know-How")

Knowledge of all banking products

Knowledge of loan policies and procedures

Good marketing skills

Good judgement skills

Good verbal and written communication skills
