We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team and to support marketing activities, including new store openings, local store marketing, events, and cross-functional requests. This role will help coordinate store memos, collaterals, as well as store inquiries. The Marketing Specialist will also assist in planning events, managing materials and sponsorships, and supporting new activations.

  • College graduate in marketing, media, communications or another closely related field
  • At least 2 years in a role in marketing, brand or marketing-related agency management, preferably in food & beverages or consumer goods industry
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams, agencies, suppliers
  • Experience in local marketing and new store opening processes is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to communicate and present concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Proficient in Microsoft, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager
  • Working knowledge of store operations and basic understanding of trends in loyalty and digital platforms (app, delivery, eCommerce) in a closely related industry is a plus.
