About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative 
Marketing and Communications Specialist
 to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful marketing campaigns in the 
automotive, tech, and digital industries
. You will lead content creation, manage email and website marketing, and collaborate across teams to deliver engaging and consistent brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing and Content Creation

  • Develop persuasive and engaging marketing copy for email campaigns, social media, website content, and presentations.
  • Craft compelling storytelling and messaging tailored to automotive professionals and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with designers to deliver on-brand marketing materials.

Digital Marketing & Website Management

  • Maintain and update the company WordPress site, ensuring content is fresh, optimized, and aligned with SEO best practices.
  • Assist in troubleshooting website issues alongside developers.

Email Marketing (EDMs)

  • Plan and execute targeted email campaigns using platforms like Campaign Monitor or Mailchimp.
  • Segment lists and analyze campaign performance for future improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with internal teams to implement marketing initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Bring creative input into campaign strategies and promotions.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, Automotive Studies, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing within the automotive, tech, or digital industries.
  • Proficiency in WordPress or similar content management systems.
  • Solid understanding of basic SEO and digital marketing practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for storytelling.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn new tools and platforms.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with EDM tools like Campaign Monitor or Mailchimp.
  • Interest or background in graphic design or working closely with design teams.
  • Familiarity with Elementor or similar WordPress builders.
