Job Description

  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
  • Conducts market research to identify new opportunities
  • Update inventory of open units and pricelist at brokers & sellers through Facebook/Messenger Group Chat
  • Conducts Project Knowledge Seminar and Site Orientation
  • Train new sales network members (Giving PKS & Site Orientation)
  • Assist brokers and sellers during their buyer's tripping and reservation experience
  • Organizing department hosted activities
  • Make proposal and participate in promotional events and incentive for Sales Network Members (Brokers meeting, EBC and Annual Awarding, Open House, and Sales Rally)
  • Handle and screening walk-in inquiries, on online or on site.
  • Assist requests, inquiries and concerns of Sales Network Members
  • Address concern of the Sales Network Members to designated person or concerned department (Post-Sale Services)
  • Handles Manning schedule and observe if the assigned broker for the day followed the schedule and if not, inform sales network members for open slotting

Required Skills:

  • Graduate of any 4 year course
  • At least 1 year experience working in a same position
  • Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, creative, self-motivated, and flexible
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
