Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data and Business Intelligence Lead. The position is based in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The Lead will be responsible for overseeing data analytics, managing and analyzing datasets, developing data models, and interpreting complex data to provide valuable business insights. Other tasks include designing data-driven strategies, leading a team of data analysts, and ensuring data quality and integrity.

  • Strong skills in Data Analytics and Data Analysis
  • Proficient in Data Management and Data Modeling
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret and provide insights from complex data
  • Experience in leading data-driven projects and teams
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills to present data findings to stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in the technology or digital services industry is a plus
