Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila for a Data and Business Intelligence Lead. In this role, you will drive data strategy, oversee development of business intelligence systems, and work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions. Responsibilities include managing data analytics projects, developing dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, and leveraging insights to guide decision-making. You will also mentor junior team members and establish best practices consistent with industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Data Visualization, and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Experience in Data Warehousing, Database Management, and working with SQL, Python, or R
  • Strong Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, and ability to interpret complex data for actionable insights
  • Expertise in Stakeholder Communication, Requirement Gathering, and translation of business challenges into data solutions
  • Leadership experience and the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing data team
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
  • Relevant experience in business intelligence or data analytics; prior work in enterprise environments is an advantage
  • Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices is a plus
