About the role

This is a full-time, work-from-home role as a Content Mod for AUXILIA INC', a dynamic and growing company based in Cebu Central Visayas. As a Content Mod, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of online content, contributing to the company's wider objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Review and moderate online content to identify and remove inappropriate or harmful material
  2. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve content quality and adherence to company policies
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine content moderation processes
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online content moderation
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new content moderators
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of content moderation tools and technologies
