Your role
As a Telesales, you will:
- Contact existing inactive customers using scripts to collect feedback on the company's service
- Convert 30 or more inactive customers daily and ensure they carry out transactions
- Document and follow up on customer feedback
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Customer Support Leads
What You Need:
Non-negotiables:
- Proven 1–2 years of experience as a telesales representative or in another sales/customer service role
- Good knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Emotional intelligence and professionalism when providing constructive performance feedback to team members.
- Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills to develop meaningful strategies that improve service quality
